A bachelor's degree in or are earning a degree in a child related field (SLP, OT, Psych, Special Ed)
Practical experience working with children with special and diverse needs, including Autism and/or developmental disabilities.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, and ability to be flexible and adapt to diverse situations.
Professionalism in working with families and school staff.
Patience, respect and compassion for children with diverse needs.
A willingness to be trained in their student's needs and diagnosis, as well as the needs of each school.
Excellent time management skills and reliability.
