Speech Therapy Insurance Information

Insurance We Accept

We provide in-network services and billing for:

Medicaid (SSI, Straight and Katie Beckett Deeming Waiver)

Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance

Out of Network Services

Although your insurance plan may state "Speech Therapy" benefits, it is unusual to receive coverage for pediatric speech therapy diagnoses and we are typically considered out-of-network providers. We provide all necessary invoicing information for clients to maximize their insurance coverage for speech therapy with out of network insurance carriers.

Insurance Questions About Speech Therapy Coverage

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions about therapy coverage:

  • Do I have Speech-Language Therapy insurance benefits? Which diagnosis codes are covered?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session for out of network providers?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
  • Is an insurance authorization or pre-certification required?
