A Letter From Founder Saren Schapiro M.Sc., CCC-SLP

Dear Colleagues,

As the year rounds into the second quarter, I am touching base with the providers that have contributed to the success of SAGE Speech & Learning Associates, LLC. In a non-pandemic world, I enjoy stopping by your offices to share a lunch or coffee, while learning about your practice, as well as updating on new offerings at SAGE Speech. Since that is not possible at this time, I hope to stay in touch virtually!

The health of your patients and clients is something the SAGE Team takes very seriously. Our clinic remains open with safety precautions in place. Our staff has received the COVID vaccine and is ensuring the clients feel comfortable with their distancing.

In addition, our teletherapy offerings have become a highlight of our virtual experiences over the last year. A rapidly increasing number of families are enjoying the successes of therapy from the comfort of their own homes. Specifically, the feeding therapy program has seen an enormously positive response via telehealth. Families are finding that having access to their own kitchens and home environment is a benefit to the feeding therapy success.

Whatever mode of therapy your client chooses, we promise to continue to provide our highest level of initiative and expertise throughout the year. I miss being in touch, in person,

and hope to see you soon. In the meantime, please don't hesitate to ask for a Zoom date to "catch up" soon!

Sincerely,

Saren Schapiro
